In accordance with the Internal Regulations Article 3 Amendments / Cancellation, the client should be aware that:
1. Salema Eco Camp may cancel the reservation. This situation may only occur for reasons of force majeure, duly justified and communicated to the client as soon as possible;
2. If the client wishes to change the reservation, he/she may do so up to 7 days before the check-in date;
3. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the client until 7 days before the check-in date, Salema Eco Camp will return the total amount already paid;
4. In case of cancellation of the reservation with less than 7 days, Salema Eco Camp will not refund the amount already paid.
5. No-show, without prior notice, requires payment of the full amount of the reservation.
6. In case of withdrawal, or cancellation, during the stay by the customer, the amount already paid will not be returned, nor will be allowed to use the stay at any other time.
